These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Task Trakr website at tasktrakr.com (the “Site”), operated by Always Blue Software LLC (“Always Blue Software,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Task Trakr, our process-driven scheduling and work-tracking software. Its content is general in nature and provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your particular circumstances.
The Task Trakr service
These Terms cover the Site only. Access to and use of the Task Trakr application is provided under a separate agreement, which governs that use. Requesting a demo does not create any obligation for you or for us. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information until an agreement is in place.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs and the Task Trakr and Always Blue Software names and logos, are owned by Always Blue Software LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal or internal business use. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with or disrupt the Site or the systems that host it
- Use automated means to access or collect content from the Site, other than search engines that follow our robots.txt file
- Submit spam, malicious code, or false or misleading information through the demo request form

The Site may contain links to websites operated by others. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information in connection with the Site.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Blue Software LLC and its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Always Blue Software LLC from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Always Blue Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
